Soil benchmarks Mainz 2012, The soil benchmark is an average position value of the soil in EUR/m² for a majority of land (ground benchmark zone), for which substantially the same conditions of use and value exist. It refers to ready-to-build and non-contributory plots. Deviations of individual plots in value-determining properties such as special location, type and extent of use, soil quality etc. result in corresponding deviations of their soil values from the soil benchmark.:

美因茨2012年土壤基准值：本土壤基准值以欧元/平方米为单位，针对基准用地范围内的绝大多数土地，代表该类土地的单位面积土壤平均价值，该范围内土地的使用条件与价值基础基本一致。本基准值适用于待开发建设用地与无需缴纳附加费用的地块。若单个地块在区位特殊性、用地类型与规模、土壤质量等影响土地价值的属性上存在差异，则其对应的土壤价值会与该基准值产生相应偏差。
