Dynamic data for frequency control with continuous UFLS and LCFB1This dataset is supplementary material to the draft 'Continuous Under-Frequency Load Shedding Scheme for Power System Adaptive Frequency Control' submitted to IEEE Transactions on Power Systems. Authors of the draft are:Changgang Li, Member, IEEE, Yue Wu, Yanli Sun, Hengxu Zhang, Member, IEEE, Yutian Liu, Senior Member, IEEE, Yilu Liu, Fellow, IEEE, and Vladimir Terzija, Fellow, IEEEThe dataset is mainly used for comparing frequency control performance with and without secondary frequency regulation when the continuous UFLS scheme is presented.The underfrequency load shedding scheme is a continuous version, named 'PUFLS' in the dataset, and the secondary frequency regulation model is 'LCFB1' from PSS/E.Original powerflow data and dynamic data are provided in the dataset with an example of New England 39-bus model.Simulation toolkit named 'pysteps' is also included in the dataset. Anyone who would like to test the case can put the pysteps folder in 'root_of_python/Lib/site-packages/', and run the test code. Python should be 32 bit version.
面向连续式低频减载(Under-Frequency Load Shedding,简称UFLS)与LCFB1的频率控制动态数据集 本数据集为投稿至《IEEE Transactions on Power Systems》的论文草稿《面向电力系统自适应频率控制的连续式低频减载方案》的补充材料。该论文草稿的作者为:李长刚(IEEE会员)、吴悦、孙艳丽、张恒旭(IEEE会员)、刘毓涛(IEEE高级会员)、刘育琪(IEEE会士)、弗拉基米尔·捷尔济亚(Vladimir Terzija,IEEE会士)。 本数据集主要用于对比采用连续式低频减载方案时,有无二次调频的频率控制性能差异。本数据集所采用的连续式低频减载方案在数据集中命名为PUFLS,二次调频模型取自PSS/E,命名为LCFB1。 数据集包含原始潮流数据与动态数据,并附带新英格兰39节点系统算例。数据集还附带名为pysteps的仿真工具包。如需测试该算例,可将pysteps文件夹放置于Python安装目录的Lib/site-packages/路径下,随后运行测试代码,需使用32位版本的Python。
