Gene expression analyses of three early phases of osteogenic, adipogenic, and chondrogenic differentiation of rat bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells

To further reveal key mRNAs deciding osteogenic, adipogenic, and chondrogenic differentiation of rat bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) in early phases, we have employed next-generation high-throughput transcriptome sequencing to detect the expression of mRNA in rat BMSCs during differentiation.为进一步揭示早期阶段调控大鼠骨髓间充质干细胞（Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cells，BMSCs）成骨、成脂及成软骨分化的关键信使RNA（messenger RNA，mRNA），本研究采用下一代高通量转录组测序技术，检测了分化过程中大鼠BMSCs内mRNA的表达水平。
