There are five species in this project, including T.rubripes, T.flavidus, T.bimaculatus, T.niphobles, and T.obscurus.

This study focused on the population genetics of five species, including T.rubripes, T.flavidus, T.bimaculatus, T.niphobles, and T.obscurus. Raw sequence reads were mapped to T.rubripes genome and SNPs were identified. Selective sweeps were conducted between T.obscurus and other four species to discover salt-tolerance related genes.
