Regnase-1 reduction in cDC1

This research project aims to delineate the precise functional and transcriptional consequences of Regnase-1 reduction in conventional type 1 dendritic cells (cDC1s). Specifically, we will investigate how the reduction of Regnase-1 modulates the cDC1 response upon inflammatory stimulation. This includes assessing changes in key surface markers, cytokine production profiles, and the overall transcriptional landscape of cDC1s. The findings will provide critical insights into the regulatory pathways governing cDC1 function and immune response initiation.
