Such requirements may be, for example, that the supplier has planning to deal with disruptions in mission-critical services, such as the supply of electricity, heating, IT, personnel, laundry and pharmaceuticals (known as continuity management), meets certain technical requirements, such as alarms, backup power and emergency water access points, carries out active risk management work, has an on-call or emergency response function, has a trained and trained crisis organisation, has developed collaboration with other actors in the face of crises, participates in the municipality’s work with risk and vulnerability analysis. It is important that the municipality, through its requirements, can ensure that the supplier is prepared for this type of event so that the support of the user can be secured.
