随着城市地下空间的不断发展,基坑工程的施工越来越多,基坑规模越来越大。随着而产生的工程风险也在不断加剧。特别是在软土地区,由于地质条件的复杂性,施工的不确定性,仅仅依靠设计理论计算已无法满足其安全性的要求。因此基坑监测工作在整个基坑工程中发挥着至关重要的作用。
钢管支撑结构造价经济,施工方便,在中小型基坑中应用广泛。我们通过在支撑上安装轴力计,监测支撑结构轴力变化情况,并以记录的原始数据为基础进行统计分析,从而得出钢管支撑在一般设计工况下,出现失稳情况的最大轴力,为同类型项目的设计与施工提供依据。为相关区域企业,政府政策提供数据支撑,对全行业多区域具有领导指引作用。1.数据采集来源:钢支撑轴力计读数;2.前期工作:收集场地地质资料和基坑设计方案,确定基坑支撑轴力监测点的位置及预警值,安装轴力计;3.数据处理:在基坑施工过程中,基于每日采集的原始数据,在修正异常(不合理)数据后,将所有数据汇总;将汇总后的数据利用统计学原理,通过输入内力值,由后台系统计算出支撑轴力的平均值,并观测支撑结构的稳定性。4.复用:在常规的设计工况下,当钢管支撑轴力小于3000KN时,支撑结构较为稳定;当钢管支撑轴力大于3000KN时,支撑结构极易出现失稳的情况。整体数据生成“基坑开挖-支撑轴力”影响模型,填充数据库,便于为工程的初步设计与工程安全性的预估提供依据。
With the continuous advancement of urban underground space development, the construction volume of foundation pit projects has been growing year by year, and the scale of foundation pits has continued to expand. Correspondingly, the associated engineering risks have been escalating. Particularly in soft soil areas, due to the complexity of geological conditions and construction uncertainties, relying solely on theoretical design calculations can no longer meet safety requirements. Thus, foundation pit monitoring plays a critical role throughout the entire foundation pit engineering process.
Steel pipe support structures feature cost-effectiveness and convenient construction, and are widely applied in medium and small-scale foundation pits. We install axial force meters on the supports to monitor variations in the axial force of the support structure, and conduct statistical analysis based on the recorded raw data. This allows us to derive the maximum axial force at which steel pipe supports undergo instability under conventional design working conditions, providing a reference for the design and construction of similar projects. This work also offers data support for enterprises and government policies in relevant regions, and plays a leading and guiding role for the entire industry across multiple regions.

2. Preparatory Work: Collect site geological data and foundation pit design plans, confirm the locations and early warning values of axial force monitoring points for foundation pit supports, and install axial force meters
3. Data Processing: During the foundation pit construction phase, aggregate all daily collected raw data after correcting abnormal (unreasonable) data; Using statistical principles, the background system calculates the average axial force of the supports by taking internal force values as input based on the aggregated data, and monitors the stability of the support structure
4. Reusability: Under conventional design working conditions, the support structure is relatively stable when the axial force of the steel pipe support is less than 3000KN, while instability is highly likely to occur when the axial force exceeds 3000KN. The overall dataset is used to develop a "Foundation Pit Excavation-Support Axial Force" impact model and populate the database, providing a basis for preliminary engineering design and engineering safety assessment.
