We wished to investigate differential effects of stimulation with immune complex on colonic macrophages taken from mice which were either healthy or had DSS induced colitis. 4 samples from resting mice, 8 from mice which have DSS induced inflammation. After extraction of macrophages from the colon half the samples were treated with OVA and half with OIC.
