Bulk RNA-sequencing of VE-Cadherin+/CD45- mouse aorta endothelial cells

In mouse aorta endothelial cells, populations of endothelial vascular progenitor (EVP) and differentiated (D) cells could be identified by CD31 (lo/hi) and VEGFR2 (lo/hi) expression. These populations were FACS sorted and paired-end bulk RNA-sequencing was performed.在小鼠主动脉内皮细胞中，可通过CD31（低/高）和VEGFR2（低/高）的表达特征，鉴定出内皮血管祖细胞（endothelial vascular progenitor, EVP）与分化（D）细胞群。随后对上述细胞群进行荧光激活细胞分选（Fluorescence-Activated Cell Sorting, FACS），并完成双端批量RNA测序。
