Small RNA profiling of the allelic series of miR-17~92 mutant embryos

The study sought to determine whether deletion of individual seed families within the miR-17~92 cluster affected the expression of the remaining microRNAs of the cluster. There were 8 samples analyzed. The reference is the wild-type embryo.本研究旨在明确miR-17~92簇（miR-17~92 cluster）内单个种子家族（seed families）的缺失是否会对该簇内其余微小RNA（microRNAs）的表达产生影响。本次分析共纳入8个样本，以野生型胚胎（wild-type embryo）作为对照样本。
