Single-cell RNA-seq measurements of the normal mouse bone marrow cells using inDrop protocol Whole bone marrow cells were isolated from the C57Bl/6 mice. The single-cell RNA-seq library was prepared using inDrop approach and sequenced using Illumina Next-seq 500.
采用inDrop实验方案对正常小鼠骨髓细胞进行的单细胞RNA测序（single-cell RNA-seq）检测数据集：实验所用全骨髓细胞均分离自C57Bl/6小鼠；采用inDrop方法构建单细胞RNA测序文库，并使用Illumina Next-seq 500测序平台完成测序。
