Every second respondent in Poland preferred to buy cosmetics in physical stores. Nearly 30 percent, on the other hand, chose both offline and online channels to purchase cosmetics in 2020.
In 2022, consumers in Poland most often bought cosmetics in drugstores. Twenty percent of respondents used the internet when purchasing cosmetics, and three percent bought them in pharmacies.
