用于海上光伏施工方现场安全管理,快速参看统计项目现场有多少人员,并确定人员投入指数本数据和算法仅针对海上光伏施工现场图像画面显示,不含个人数据、公共数据,无数据标识体现。本算法是在无人机拍摄的图片中,对人员识别和判断。使用人员识别算法找出可能的人员并计数。同时结合无人机拍摄时的坐标和高度计算出拍摄面积,间接计算该区域的人员投入指数。算法规则:人员投入指数=人员数量/(高度*成像裁剪系数)

This dataset is designed for on-site safety management of offshore photovoltaic construction projects, enabling quick statistics of the number of personnel at project sites and determination of the personnel input index. This dataset and the corresponding algorithm only target image frames captured at offshore photovoltaic construction sites, and do not involve personal data or public data, nor do they carry any data identifiers. The algorithm performs personnel recognition and judgment on images taken by unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs): it uses a personnel recognition algorithm to identify and count possible personnel. Meanwhile, it combines the shooting coordinates and altitude of the UAV to calculate the shooting area, and indirectly calculates the personnel input index of the corresponding area. Algorithm Rule: Personnel Input Index = Number of Personnel / (Altitude × Imaging Cropping Coefficient)
