IHGVD includes 190, 249 vOTUs which dereived from 16,450 vOTUs of CAD project, NCBI Viral Refseq (13, 724 viral genomes, Dec, 2021), GPD (142, 809 vOTUs) and GVD (33, 242 vOTUs). Completeness and contamination of all viral contigs were estimated using the CheckV, and the "not-determinated" contigs were removed. The sequences were classified into vOTUs by clustering at 95% nucleotide identity across 75% coverage.
