Proof of Human Authorship: Desire at Henley: Fourth edition (and Hard Henley) - 9798249157227 + 9781997067054 + 9781069488671 (ingram) + hardcover 978-1-997067-06-1 Provenientia: Editing History This combined edition brings together two working documents drafted and revised in Google Docs, each carrying its own timestamped editing history captured by Process Feedback, before undergoing a further editorial pass as a single unified manuscript. The earlier document, opened on 1 September 2025 and last touched on 16 July 2026, forms the Desire at Henley material and accounts for 19 hours and 49 minutes of active editing across 94,344 recorded timepoints. The companion document, Hard Henley, was drafted in a shorter, more concentrated window between 30 March and 20 April 2026, contributing a further 11 hours and 15 minutes of editing over 63,302 timepoints. Together they comprise the original compositional record: 31 hours and 4 minutes of active editing, 140,597 insertion actions, 20,087 deletion actions, 2,227 formatting adjustments and 157,646 timepoints across a working span of 319 days. The two documents were then merged into a single combined edition on 16 July 2026. This third manuscript, tracked independently by Process Feedback for Chrome, records a further 10 hours and 47 minutes of active editing between 16 and 21 July 2026, encompassing 35,038 insertion actions, 5,171 deletion actions and 1,480 formatting adjustments across 40,016 timepoints. This pass addressed structural revisions, continuity corrections, chapter reordering and the addition of new material including the Actus divisions, the Oxford City Royal Regatta chapter and the Clausula finale. The cumulative editing record for this volume therefore stands at approximately 41 hours and 51 minutes of active editing, 175,635 insertion actions, 25,258 deletion actions, 3,707 formatting adjustments and 197,662 timepoints, spanning from 1 September 2025 to 21 July 2026. The final text comprises approximately 63,399 words across 7,532 sentences. The figures above exclude external paste events, which were reviewed separately and consist chiefly of restored passages moved between drafts, structural notes and editorial marginalia written elsewhere by the author. This appendix is retained as part of the author's ongoing provenance record.
