UVDE-HS-seq mapping of UV-induced 6-4PPs and atypical TA photoproducts

We used a novel high-throughput sequencing method known as UVDE-HS-seq to map the formation of UV-induced 6-4 photoproducts (6-4PP) and atypical thymidine-adenine (TA) photoproducts at single nucleotide resolution across the yeast genome in wild-type cells. We also analyzed 6-4PP and TA photoproducts in UV-irradiated yeast genomic DNA (i.e., naked DNA).
本研究采用一种名为UVDE-HS-seq的新型高通量测序方法,在野生型酵母的全基因组范围内以单核苷酸分辨率,定位紫外线诱导的6-4光产物(6-4 photoproducts,6-4PP)与非典型胸腺嘧啶-腺嘌呤(TA)光产物的形成位点。此外,本研究还对紫外线辐照后的酵母基因组DNA(即裸露DNA)中的6-4PP与TA光产物开展了分析。
