Water vapor isotope sampling dataset for the study "Technical note: Water vapor sampling for the analysis of water stable isotopes in trees and soils – optimizing sampling protocols"

This dataset contains all raw and processed measurements of water vapor δ¹⁸O and δ²H produced for the study “Technical note: Water vapor sampling for the analysis of water stable isotopes in trees and soils – optimizing sampling protocols.” It includes raw Picarro files, raw Excel data, processed tables, and experimental metadata for all tests evaluating the effects of container type, flow rate, temperature, and storage duration on isotope stability. The dataset also provides tables used for calculating mean absolute error (MAE), summary statistics, and the scripts used for data processing.
