小型级进模冲压单元匹配基准数据集

内部数据采集：学院师生聚焦真空灭弧室固定卡多工位级进模冲压过程，以 DHLAgCu28 材质为对象，采集排样、工位工序参数及模具关键结构数据，含凸模 / 凹模材质与精度、导向及卸料装置参数等，同步记录冲床运行参数及零件尺寸、形位公差数据，覆盖真实生产场景，确保数据真实性与完整性。| 外部数据采集：无外部数据采集。Internal Data Collection: Collected by college faculty and students, focusing on the stamping process of multi-station progressive dies for fixed clamps of vacuum interrupters, targeting the DHLAgCu28 alloy material. This dataset collects layout parameters, station process parameters, and key structural data of the dies, including the material and precision of punches/dies, parameters of guiding and unloading devices, etc. Operating parameters of the punch press, as well as dimensional data and geometric tolerances of the parts, are synchronously recorded. The dataset covers real production scenarios to ensure its authenticity and integrity. External Data Collection: No external data was collected.
