内部数据采集来自高校后勤报修管理系统，涵盖报修者提交的姓名、联系方式、报修类型、内容、时间、备注等信息，以及维修团队录入的维修师傅姓名、联系方式、维修完成时间、评价等数据，数据质量与完整性由系统流程保障。无外部数据采集，所有数据均为校内后勤服务全流程产生的一手信息。The internal data is collected from the university logistics repair request management system, covering information such as the repair request submitter's name, contact details, repair type, request content, submission time and remarks, as well as data entered by the maintenance team including the maintenance technician's name, contact information, repair completion time and evaluation results. The quality and integrity of the dataset are guaranteed via the system's workflow. No external data is collected, and all data are first-hand information generated throughout the entire process of on-campus logistics services.
