Number of children and adolescents in foster homes or in housing with special services for children and adolescents in accordance with Section 9 of the LSS and the number of persons in housing with special services for adults or other specially adapted accommodation for adults in accordance with Section 9 of the LSS divided by the total number of persons with decisions made pursuant to the LSS excluding persons with advice and support under Section 9(1) as the only LSS contribution multiplied by 100, measured on 1/10.
