Longitudinal dynamics of a blood transcriptomic signature of tuberculosis

Provided herewith are the probe-level Ct values of 48 assays in the RISK11 transcriptomics signature of TB disease risk and a worksheet for computing RISK11 signature score directly from the Ct values. The expression level for each of the genes or transcripts were obtained by RT-qPCR performed on mRNA prepared from whole blood collected in PAXgene tubes from the CORTIS-01 and CORTIS-HR trials.本数据集包含了48个探针级别的Ct值，涉及结核病风险RISK11转录组特征的检测，并附有直接从Ct值计算RISK11特征分数的工作表。该基因或转录本的表达水平是通过从CORTIS-01和CORTIS-HR试验中收集的PAXgene管全血中制备的mRNA，并使用RT-qPCR技术获得的。
