电子科技大学抑郁症多模态脑影像数据库

课题5脑网络因果模型与抑郁症研究是面向医疗问题的应用研究课题。数据采集于电子科技大学核磁共振研究中心的3T GE DISCOVERY MR750核磁共振扫描仪，按照课题既定的被试入组标准共收集1018例抑郁症-正常对照的多模态脑影像数据，其中收集病人数据459例，正常对照559例。数据实际大小共48.9G，压缩后大小为21.7G

Project 5: Brain Network Causal Model and Depression Research is an applied research initiative focused on medical issues. The data were collected using a 3T GE DISCOVERY MR750 magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scanner at the Magnetic Resonance Research Center of the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC). Following the pre-defined subject inclusion criteria set by the project, a total of 1018 cases of multimodal brain imaging data were collected, consisting of 459 cases of depressed patients and 559 cases of healthy controls. The uncompressed total size of the dataset is 48.9 GB, while the compressed size is 21.7 GB.
