In the context of hospital planning (<a href="https://so.ch/verwaltung/departement-des-innern/gesundheitsamt/behandlung-und-pflege/spitaeler-und-kliniken/" target="_blank">Link</a>), the accessibility of the various hospitals and clinics for the population of Solothurn must be taken into account. For a selection of all hospitals and clinics in Switzerland, the accessibility for Solothurns with motorized private transport has been calculated. <br> <br> Data bases: Locations based on "Key figures of Swiss hospitals" (BAG, 2021). <br> Hectare grid of the Solothurn population based on STATPOP (FSO, 2022).
