Satisfaction Survey of the Users of the Municipal Hemeroteca

Satisfaction survey of users of the Municipal Hemeroteca. The objective of the study is to evaluate the degree of knowledge and satisfaction of the users of the Municipal Hemerotheque in relation to the services provided. Annually a satisfaction survey of the users of the Municipal Hemeroteca is carried out to evaluate their degree of knowledge and satisfaction in relation to the quality commitments acquired with the citizenry through the “ Letter of Services of the Municipal Historical Library, Víctor Espinós Musical Library and Municipal Hemeroteca ”. The results of this survey are shown in this dataset providing both the questions and the answers obtained anonymously.
