TWAS Atlas is a knowledge base dedicated to transcriptome-wide association studies (TWAS). It integrates trait-associated transcriptomic signals from published literature and GWAS datasets, and constructs a TWAS knowledge graph. This database offers multi-channel data browsing, retrieval and download capabilities, currently containing 676,198 association entries covering 590 traits, 24,870 genes and 164 tissue types.
