The findings can help all enterprises in the industry formulate production strategies, provide users with better personalized products and services, and enable companies to gain a deeper understanding of their customers. Additionally, enterprises can communicate with high-grade customers 1 to 2 times per month, 1 to 2 times per quarter for medium-grade customers, and 1 to 2 times every six months for low-grade customers, so as to develop more precise production and marketing strategies. 1. Data Collection: Collect routine transaction data related to permanent magnet motors for setting machines from customers. 2. Data Processing: Classify, merge and aggregate the collected data to facilitate subsequent analysis. 3. Algorithm-based Processing: Conduct demand analysis on the processed data using the formula: P = {a1 (minimum single purchase amount)/b1 (minimum single order quantity) + a2 (maximum single purchase amount)/b2 (maximum single order quantity) + a3 (average purchase amount)/b3 (average order quantity)} * k, where k is the consumption coefficient that varies across regions. According to empirical values, the k value for Hangzhou is 0.8. 4.
