Identification and Characterization of HDM D.p. immunogenic RNA

We examined the sequence information of the gel-extracted and purified RNA bands #1,#2 and #3 derived from House Dust Mite (HDM) D.p. immunogenic RNA. The individula RNA band was utilized for RNA-seq analysis. Overall design: The gel-extracted RNA bands #1,#2 and #3 derived from House Dust Mite (HDM) D.p. immunogenic RNA. 100ng RNA from each band was used for RNA-Seq library preparation by following the KAPA total RNA-Seq Kit with RiboErase (HMR) sample preparation guide with some modifications. Samples were run on an Illumina HiSeq 3000 platform.
