单层刀具涂层热障解析模型中刀具前刀面施加恒定温度值,为验证解析模型的准确性,需要搭建恒温热传导模拟试验装置,通过恒温加热平台施加恒定的刀具前刀面温度,埋置热电偶法测量刀具内部温升曲线,确定从初始温升到刀具体内部达到稳定热传导阶段时的时间段,与采用解析表达式计算得到的瞬态热传导至稳态热传导阶段的时间段比较,验证模型准确性。
For the analytical thermal barrier model of single-layer coated cutting tools, a constant temperature is applied to the tool's rake face. To validate the accuracy of this analytical model, a constant-temperature thermal conduction simulation test setup shall be built. Specifically, a constant-temperature heating platform is used to apply a fixed temperature to the tool rake face, and the embedded thermocouple method is employed to measure the internal temperature rise curve of the cutting tool. The time interval from the initial temperature rise to the stage where the tool's interior reaches steady-state thermal conduction is determined, then compared with the time interval calculated via the analytical expression for the transition from transient thermal conduction to steady-state thermal conduction, thereby verifying the model's accuracy.
