深孔钻切削断屑性能试验研究

麻花钻加工C45或42CrMo等P类材料过程中,当钻削过程由钻入阶段进入稳定钻削阶段后,切屑由长螺卷屑变为正常颗粒切屑,只要后续切削过程中不发生切屑拥堵,加工产生的切屑几何形貌由钻尖结构(包括切削刃形状、前角和切削刃口处理方式)决定,不受钻削深度的影响。因此,要测试深孔麻花钻的断屑性能,只需要测试相同钻尖结构麻花钻的断屑性能。
During the drilling of P-class materials such as C45 and 42CrMo using twist drills, once the drilling process transitions from the initial drilling stage to the stable cutting stage, the chips transform from long spiral coils into normal granular chips. Provided that no chip congestion occurs in the subsequent cutting process, the geometric morphology of the generated chips is determined by the drill tip structure (including cutting edge shape, rake angle, and cutting edge preparation method), and is unaffected by drilling depth. Therefore, to evaluate the chip-breaking performance of deep-hole twist drills, it is only necessary to test the chip-breaking performance of twist drills with identical drill tip structures.
