Sequencing of SARS-CoV-2 samples by performing RT-PCR for amplification and enrichment. Library preparation is performed using ARTIC v2 protocol, and the seqeuncing was carried out on MinION platform from Oxford Nanopore Technologies. Basecalling, Demultiplexing and Read assembly was performed at default settings from the ARTIC bioinformatics pipeline.
