This dataset is developed to gain insights into users' purchasing power levels and consumption preferences by collecting and analyzing consumer-related data, so as to better provide personalized goods and services for users. The algorithm analysis workflow is as follows: 1. Data Collection: Collect relevant transaction data of platform users. 2. Data Preprocessing: Deduplicate, merge and accumulate the collected data to facilitate subsequent analysis. 3. Algorithm-based Processing: Conduct purchasing power level analysis on the preprocessed data with the formula: K = a1*(cumulative order count k1)/platform total order count (k1_max) + a2*(cumulative total consumption amount k2)/platform cumulative total consumption amount (k2_max) + a3*(cumulative transaction count k3)/platform total transaction count (k3_max). 4. Data Classification and Grading: Divide users into "high", "medium" and "low" categories and levels based on the calculated purchasing power score: users with a score above 1 are marked as "high", those within the 0.3-1 interval are marked as "medium", and those below 0.3 are marked as "low". This helps platforms better understand users and formulate more precise marketing strategies.
