PloyF-EMG: A Comprehensive Multi-Muscle Surface Electromyography Dataset for Fatigue Analysis

Muscle fatigue assessment is of great significance in the fields of sports science, rehabilitation medicine, and occupational health. However, existing datasets often lack realistic dynamic movements, multi-joint coordination, and variable loading conditions. To address these gaps, we have developed the PolyF multi-muscle group fatigue testing dataset. This dataset records the physiological data of 18 healthy subjects during three resistance training exercises through surface electromyography (sEMG) signal acquisition, covering typical movement patterns such as Knee extension, Barbell Bench Press, and Band Bench Press.
