Impact of microbiome on limb regeneration in the moon jellyfish Aurelia

RNAseq analysis of Aurelia ephyra post-amputation, grown in conditions that promote regeneration. Animals were allowed to recover with under two regeneration promoting conditions: A) high-food diet and B) penicillin treatment with a low-food diet. Animals recovering under regeneration promoting conditions were compared to control animals fed a low-food diet.
