1) The file 'source_code_corr.R' was used to generate Figure 3 and 4 in the manuscript. 2) The file 'heatmap_script.R' can be used to generate any heatmap using wheat TraesIDs from the gene expression count file 'wheat_RNAseq_DEGs.zip' or available at https://datadryad.org/stash/dataset/doi:10.5061/dryad.zs7h44jcs. 3) The Excel file 'Resource_RNAseq.xlsx' contains data used to generate Figures 1-4 in the manuscript.
