RNA sequencing data of SK-BR-3 Parental vs lapatinib resistance (LR) cells

Transcriptional profiling of SK-BR-3 lapatinib resistance cells comparing control SK-BR-3 parental cells. Randomly fragmented the purified RNA for sequencing with a short read and reverse-transcrived. Attached different adapters to both end of cDNA and ligated them and amplified. Calculate the amount of expression obtained by transcript quantification of each sample as a normalization value considering transcript length and depth of coverage. Overall design: Two-condition experiment, SK-BR-3 parental cells vs. SK-BR-3 LR cells. Biological replicates: 1 SK-BR-3 parental cell, 1 SK-BR-3 LR cell, independently grown and harvested. One replicate per array.
