TRK-positive colorectal tumors identified by pan-TRK IHC were subjected to next-generation sequencing (NGS) to identify NTRK gene fusions. There were six types of NTRK fusions (TPM3-NTRK1, TPR-NTRK1, LMNA-NTRK1, SFPQ-NTRK1, EML4-NTRK3, and ETV6-NTRK3) in the 12 cases (15 samples).
