Long non-coding RNA profile of the liver across three developmental stages in chickens

We have defined a timeline of functional transcriptome transition from prenatal to adult in Lohmann laying hens. A total of ~161.17 Gb of raw data were obtained, with 4,127 putative and 539 differentially expressed lncRNAs. Here, we used RNA-Sequencing to analyze the transcriptome of chicken liver from prenatal (at embryonic day of 13) to postnatal stages (at 5 weeks and 42 weeks of age)
