Electrical production choices: anticipating and controlling technological, technical and financial risks

The Court publishes notes forming part of a series of work on several major public policies, which identify both the main challenges and levers that will be faced by public decision-makers in the coming years. As a follow-up to the report “A public finance strategy for the end of the crisis”, submitted last June to the President of the Republic and the Prime Minister, this series of publications allows the Court to express its views on structural issues.
