基于领域自适应的磨削加工精度预测数据集来源于秦川机床QMK017偏心轴外圆磨床加工零件过程中加工位移的数据。其中主要是布置外置传感器于随动磨削加工进给方向,采集机床在不同参数下加工零件过程中产生的加工过程数据。采用Zeiss PRISMO三坐标测量仪对加工后的工件数据进行测量。数据量为4.42MB。
The domain-adaptive grinding process accuracy prediction dataset is derived from the machining displacement data collected during the part processing procedure using the Qinchuan Machine Tool QMK017 eccentric shaft cylindrical grinding machine. Specifically, external sensors were deployed along the feed direction of the follow-up grinding process to gather machining process data generated by the machine tool during part machining under various parameters. The post-processed workpiece data was measured with a Zeiss PRISMO coordinate measuring machine. The total size of this dataset is 4.42 MB.
