TBI-IT

TBI-IT数据集是由重庆医科大学第一附属医院神经外科创建，专注于创伤性脑损伤（TBI）研究。该数据集包含电子医疗记录（EMRs）和头部CT图像，旨在通过人工智能提高TBI的诊断和治疗准确性。数据集内容丰富，包括数十万CT图像和数千案例文本，均经过精心标注。创建过程中，图像使用3D-Slicer进行标注，文本则基于BERT模型进行处理。TBI-IT数据集主要应用于图像分割和命名实体识别，以支持智能医疗的发展，提高临床诊断和治疗效率。The TBI-IT dataset was developed by the Department of Neurosurgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University, focusing on traumatic brain injury (TBI) research. This dataset encompasses electronic medical records (EMRs) and head CT images, with the goal of improving the accuracy of TBI diagnosis and treatment via artificial intelligence. It features rich content, including hundreds of thousands of CT images and thousands of clinical case texts, all of which have undergone meticulous annotation. During the dataset construction phase, the images were annotated using 3D-Slicer, while the texts were processed based on the BERT model. The TBI-IT dataset is mainly applied to image segmentation and named entity recognition, so as to support the development of smart healthcare and elevate the efficiency of clinical diagnosis and treatment.
