Interfering with glycolysis potentiates the long-term effect of local tumor ablation via CD8+TCM cell differentiation [MWA or MWA+2DG group]

To evaluate the immune responses in tumor-draining lymph nodes induced by microwave ablation (MWA) or microwave ablation combined with 2DG (MWA+2DG), we then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 5 different lymph nodes from two group of mice. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for TDLNs on day 15 from mice in MWA or MWA+2DG groups.
