We used scRNAseq to analyze gene changes that occur in liver leukocytes following treatment with a beta-glucan. Overall design: Female C57BL/6J mice were treated without (Ctrl) or with Ã-glucan (BG, odetiglucan/Imprime PGG) on Day 0. On Day 2, mice were euthanized, and the CD45+ cells isolated from the livers for scRNAseq.
