Comparative transcriptome analysis revealing the potential mechanism of cold resistance improving stimulated by exogenous abscisic acid in Magnolia wufengensis (Magnoliaceae)

Our study has used RNA-seq technology to analyze the transcriptomes of leaves of M. wufengensis at different treatment. We dissected these data to reveal transcriptome dynamics and transcriptional network associated with cold resistance improving stimulated by exogenous ABA. This study firstly provides insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying cold resistance improving stimulated by exogenous abscisic acid in M. wufengensis.
