Human and mouse striatal projection neurons - somatodendritic arbor compared. (v1)

Morphological reconstructions of human and mouse striatal projection neurons from the Javier DeFelipe Lab, Laboratorio Cajal de Circuitos Corticales, Centro de Tecnologia Biomedica and Universidad Politecnica de Madrid. The dataset contains original reconstructions acquired using Neurolucida software from the sections imaged with confocal microscopy as well as the derived reconstructions processed with Python module treem ([https://pypi.org/project/treem/](https://pypi.org/project/treem/)) in order to repair slicing artifacts. Data processing was performed at the Sten Grillner Lab (Department of Neuroscience, Karolinska Institutet, Stockholm, Sweden).
