此数据通过高精度应变测试平台获得。将长度为0.930m的光纤应变传感单元的一端固定在手动位移平台,另一端固定在定位为0.1纳米、内部含有位置传感器的压电平台上,利用压电平台施加不同频率、峰峰值均为8.9纳米的正弦位移信号,并采集光纤应变传感器的输出数据,对采集到的数据做频谱分析,根据频谱的功率谱密度,得到应变分辨率;
This dataset was acquired using a high-precision strain testing platform. One end of the 0.930 m-long optical fiber strain sensing unit was fixed to a manual displacement stage, while the other end was secured to a piezoelectric stage equipped with a built-in position sensor and boasting a positioning accuracy of 0.1 nm. Sinusoidal displacement signals of different frequencies, each with a peak-to-peak value of 8.9 nm, were applied via the piezoelectric stage, and the output data of the optical fiber strain sensor was collected. Subsequently, spectral analysis was performed on the collected data, and the strain resolution was derived based on the power spectral density of the frequency spectrum.
