普通计算机控制刺绣机的刺绣性能是评价刺绣机质量的关键指标,通过记录普通刺绣、薄料刺绣和连续刺绣花样相符性、浮面线、跳针、断针次数和累计断线次数来进行综合评价,进一步保障质量,提高客户满意度。参照行业标准QB/T2151-2012《工业用缝纫机 计算机控制刺绣机的》的方法进行检测和评价。1、数据检测:采用R90D/2-R120D/2黏胶长丝绣花线,设置绣花机采用机针、普通刺绣速度、薄料刺绣速度、连续刺绣速度,选择标准规定的花样进行走针测试。2、数据输出:测试完成后,目测观察花样相符性,浮面线、跳针、断针次数,记录连续刺绣过程中2次测试的机头断线次数。3、数据计算:累计加和每次测试机头断线次数。4、数据评价:根据行业标准QB/T2151-2012的规定:如果完成的绣品花样与输入花样相符,且浮面线、跳针、断针次数为0,同时连续刺绣断线次数不大于总机头数的1/2,50头以下机器断线不应大于20次,50头以上(含50头)机器断线不应大于25次,且每一机头断线次数不大于2次,则判定绣花机刺绣性能合格,反之为不合格。

The embroidery performance of general-purpose computer-controlled embroidery machines is a critical indicator for evaluating the quality of such machines. A comprehensive evaluation is conducted by recording pattern consistency across normal embroidery, thin-fabric embroidery and continuous embroidery, as well as the counts of floating top threads, skipped stitches, broken needles and cumulative broken thread occurrences, so as to further ensure product quality and improve customer satisfaction. Testing and evaluation are carried out in accordance with the industry standard QB/T 2151-2012 *Industrial Sewing Machines - Computer-controlled Embroidery Machines*. 1. Data Testing: Adopt R90D/2-R120D/2 viscose filament embroidery thread, configure the embroidery machine with specified machine needles, normal embroidery speed, thin-fabric embroidery speed and continuous embroidery speed, and perform needle running tests using the patterns stipulated in the standard. 2. Data Output: Upon completion of the test, visually inspect the pattern consistency, floating top threads, skipped stitches and broken needle counts, and record the number of broken thread incidents for the machine heads during two consecutive test runs of continuous embroidery. 3. Data Calculation: Cumulatively sum the number of broken thread incidents of the machine heads across all tests. 4. Data Evaluation: Per the provisions of industry standard QB/T 2151-2012: The embroidery performance of the embroidery machine is deemed qualified only if the finished embroidered pattern matches the input pattern, the counts of floating top threads, skipped stitches and broken needles are all 0, the total number of continuous embroidery broken threads does not exceed 1/2 of the total number of machine heads; for machines with fewer than 50 heads, the total broken thread count shall not exceed 20; for machines with 50 or more heads (including 50), the total broken thread count shall not exceed 25, and the broken thread count of each individual machine head shall not exceed 2. Otherwise, the embroidery performance is deemed unqualified.
