Alteration of mRNA and microRNA expression profiles in rat muscular type vasculature in early postnatal development [mRNA]

This study tested the hypothesis that mRNA expression profiles change in the muscular type rat saphenous artery during early postnatal development. To explore this, we performed mRNA microarray analysis on muscular type saphenous arteries of young (10-12 days) and adult (2-3 months) rats.本研究验证了如下假说：大鼠肌型隐动脉的信使核糖核酸（mRNA）表达谱在出生后发育早期会发生改变。为探究该假说，我们对幼年（10~12日龄）与成年（2~3月龄）大鼠的肌型隐动脉开展了mRNA微阵列分析。
