RNA-seq of Caco-2 cells treated with hypoxia/reoxygenation

We analyzed the expression profiles of 2258 mRNAs on Caco-2 cells treated with hypoxia/reoxygenation or control using RNA-seq analysis. And find that 1052 mRNAs are up-regulated and 1206 are down-regulated. Overall design: In the study, we profiled mRNA expression in Caco-2 cells of 3 control group and 3 hypoxia/reoxygenation group.
