本数据集聚焦铁矿选矿全流程（破碎、磨矿、磁选、重选、浮选、脱水）的工艺参数，覆盖磁铁矿、赤铁矿、混合矿等类型。包含原矿性质、各工序操作参数（磨矿浓度、磁场强度、浮选药剂等）、中间产品指标（旋流器溢流细度）及最终产品指标（精矿品位、回收率、尾矿品位），并提供工艺诊断标签（过磨、跑尾、水分高等）。适用于参数优化、指标预测及智能诊断。This dataset focuses on the process parameters of the full beneficiation process of iron ore, including crushing, grinding, magnetic separation, gravity separation, flotation and dewatering, covering various ore types such as magnetite, hematite and mixed ore. It contains run-of-mine ore properties, operating parameters of each process unit (such as grinding concentration, magnetic field strength, flotation reagents), intermediate product indicators (e.g., cyclone overflow fineness) and final product indicators (e.g., concentrate grade, recovery rate, tailings grade), and provides process diagnosis labels including overgrinding, tailings overflow, high moisture content and other issues. This dataset is applicable to parameter optimization, indicator prediction and intelligent diagnosis.
