<b>RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) analysis and primers and siRNA sequences</b>

Then total RNA was extracted using Trizol reagent (Invitrogen, NY, USA). RNA integrity was detected using the Agilent Bioanalyzer 2100 (Agilent, CA, USA).
